Our ITF Taekwondo curriculum provides a clear progression path from White Belt through to Black Belt and beyond. You will learn patterns, sparring, self-defence techniques, and the philosophy behind the art.

Common Questions About Our Classes

Our Little Tigers program accepts children from age 4. Juniors classes run from ages 7-12, and our Teens program covers ages 13-17. Adult classes are for anyone 18 and over. We also offer Kickboxing for ages 15+.
